Thalia Hooker is a Client Technical Leader for Financial Services at IBM. A native of the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua, she hopes to leverage her IT technical experience of over 20 years to support the work of FADCANIC on the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua. She came to the United States to attend college and attained her Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
